Kaleidoscope at CSU East Bay
Kaleidoscope Mentoring Program is committed to being a source for connecting students with community resources, faculty and staff mentors, and peers that identify and can relate to their experiences in higher education. We utilize high quality educational services such as mentoring, tutoring and career development for undergraduate African and African American students to increase college retention and graduation rates.
Kaleidoscope is aware of the many challenges that affect CSUEB students and understands the demographic needs of the students; therefore the program is engineered to provide measurable outcomes necessary to improving the quality of education while providing accessible resources to students. Furthermore, the program encourages research on African and African American studies in conjunction with establishing emerging channels of inquiry within the African and African American student body community.

Faculty, Staff and Student Success
Kaleidoscope understands the power of positive reinforcement and encourages this by allowing Faculty, Staff and Students to share stories, videos, presentations or other artistic works, which can be inspirational to the educational and career success of others. This will be a place to highlight such achievements of those who participate in Kaleidoscope. If you would like to have your story added to our website please contact us for details.
