This portal affords faculty and staff the opportunity to purchase goods to support their academic and operational needs. All purchases made must be consistent with CSU policy, the Procurement Card manual and hospitality guidelines.

Skillport is a content management system for Skillsoft that provides access to a wealth of engaging online eLearning courses, books, and videos.
To login and get started, visit the Skillport site

  • Select East Bay from the drop-down menu. Click the Login button.

  • Enter your NetID and NetID password in the spaces provided. Click the Login button.

  • You can now get started by clicking on the Catalog link on the left side to search for a specific course or topic.

  • If you have specific mandatory or pre-arranged courses assigned to you, click on the My Plan link on the left sidebar, then click on the folder labeled Assigned. provides a vast online library of instructional videos covering the latest software, creative, and business skills. To login and get started, visit the site.

  • Click on the login link on the top right side of the page.

  • Under the section Log in through your organization or school, enter in the space provided, then click the go button.

  • Enter your NetID and NetID password in the spaces provided. Click the Login button.

  • You can now get started on any course.
