A: EOP at CSU East Bay only accepts applications for the fall quarter of your incoming year. EOP does not admit freshmen or transfers during Winter, Spring, or Summer quarters. If you are transferring from another CSU campus as a non-EOP student, you are ineligible for EOP.
A: Complete the undergraduate application for CSU East Bay and answer "Yes" for EOP interest in the EOP section of the CSU application.
A: Once applicants check "Yes" for EOP interest and submit their CSU East Bay undergraduate application, they must complete the EOP application and two recommendations by our February 1, 2014 priority deadline. Documents submitted after the priority deadline will be processed on a space availability basis.
A: Yes. EOP Recommendations Forms can be found at CSUMentor in PDF format. Completed forms can be scanned and returned to us by (1) email at email@example.com as a PDF, (2) fax to 510.885.7400, or (3) mail to EOP, 25800 Carlos Bee Boulevard, Hayward, CA 94542.
A: If you have received information about your Net ID activation, you can use you activated Net ID and password to log into MyCSUEB to view the status of your EOP documents on your To Do List.
If you have not received your NetID and have opted to complete online EOP recommendations, you can log into CSUMentor to view your recommendation status through your EOP Application Manager.
You can also contact EOP Admissions at firstname.lastname@example.org or 510.885.4683 for an update on your EOP status.
A: Please email email@example.com and include your full name, NetID (if available), date of birth (if NetID is not available), and a short explanation for you cancelation. We will process your cancellation request in 8-10 working days.
A: The coordinators of the specific programs you are interested in under EOP will contact eligible applicants and provide a separate application.
A: No. EOPS at the community college system and EOP at the CSU system are two different programs. Therefore, EOPS students must complete either an online or paper application to apply for EOP like all other applicants.
A: Yes. AB 540 students must complete the Dream Act Application in addition to all EOP documents.
A: No. EOP is only for undergraduate students applying for the first time to Cal State East Bay.
A: No. EOP status is determined at the time of admission. Once you are admitted EOP, you remain EOP until you complete your undergraduate degree and meet EOP contract agreements.
A: No. EOP applications and status decisions can only be made at the time of admission. If you are looking for a program like ours, we suggest that you look into the EXCEL Program.
A: Admitted students will be notified by mail and email of their acceptance in March through May before the Fall quarter they start at Cal State East Bay. To secure their acceptance spot, they must respond to their acceptance by the deadline we provide on the acceptance letter.
