Q: Do EOP applicants automatically qualify for an application fee waiver?
A: No. Students must demonstrate financial need to be considered for a fee waiver. Determination of eligibility will be made when applying to CSU East Bay online.
Q: Do I have to complete a FAFSA or Dream Act Application?
A: Yes. EOP applicants must submit their FAFSA or Dream Act Application by the March 2 priority deadline to qualify for EOP consideration.
Q: How do I qualify for an EOP grant?
A: The EOP grants is awarded to admitted EOP students based on: full time (12 units) enrollment, grade point average, and total amount of funding available. Not all qualified EOP students receive a grant.
