Add Email Address

Via MyCSUEB

  1. Login to MyCSUEB
  2. Navigate to the Employees tab (it may open to the Employees tab)
  3. Click Personal Information Summary
  4. The Email Addresses are displayed in the fifth section of the summary page
  5. Click the Change email addresses button
    • To navigate directly to the Email Addresses page, click the Email Addresses link from the Personal Information section of the Employees page
  6. Click the Add An Email Address button
  7. Enter the information as appropriate
    • The CSU East Bay email address is marked as preferred and it cannot be changed
  8. Click Save
  9. Click OK

Via PeopleSoft HR (HEBPRD)

  1. Login to PeopleSoft HR (HEBPRD)
  2. Click Self Service
  3. Click Personal Information
  4. Click Personal Information Summary
  5. The Email Addresses are displayed in the fifth section of the summary page
  6. Click the Change email addresses button
    • To navigate directly to the Email Addresses page, click Self Service > Campus Personal Information > Email Addresses
  7. Click the Add An Email Address button
  8. Enter the information as appropriate
    • The CSU East Bay email address is marked as preferred and it cannot be changed
  9. Click Save
  10. Click OK
