Delete Unapproved Absences

Via MyCSUEB

  1. Login to MyCSUEB
  2. Click the Employee tab (if not already on the Employee page)
  3. Click Report & View Absences in the Time and Absence Information section
  4. Review the Existing Absence Events
  5. Click the trashcan button in the far right column of the unapproved absence you wish to delete
    • Absences that have already been approved can only be deleted by your manager/supervisor
  6. Click Yes to confirm the deletion

Via PeopleSoft HR (HEBPRD)

  1. Login to PeopleSoft HR (HEBPRD)
  2. Navigate to Self Service > Time Reporting > Report Time
  3. Click Report & View Absences
  4. Review the Existing Absence Events
  5. Click the trashcan button in the far right column of the unapproved absence you wish to delete
    • Absences that have already been approved can only be deleted by your manager/supervisor
  6. Click Yes to confirm the deletion
