Update Emergency Contacts

Via MyCSUEB

  1. Login to MyCSUEB
  2. Navigate to the Employees tab (it may open to the Employees tab)
  3. Click Personal Information Summary
  4. The Emergency Contacts are displayed in the fourth section of the summary page
  5. Click the Change emergency contacts button
    • To navigate directly to the Emergency Contacts page, click the Emergency Contacts link from the Personal Information section of the Employees page
  6. Click the edit button next to the contact you wish to update
  7. Update the information as appropriate
  8. Click Save
  9. Click OK

Via PeopleSoft HR (HEBPRD)

  1. Login to PeopleSoft HR (HEBPRD)
  2. Click Self Service
  3. Click Personal Information
  4. Click Personal Information Summary
  5. The Emergency Contacts are displayed in the fourth section of the summary page
  6. Click the Change emergency contacts button
    • To navigate directly to the Emergency Contacts page, click Self Service > Campus Personal Information > Emergency Contacts
  7. Click the edit button next to the contact you wish to update
  8. Update the information as appropriate
  9. Click Save
  10. Click OK
