What is the training?

The training is an online Sexual Misconduct Awareness and Prevention Training module. Cal State East Bay has procured Student Success learning management system: Newly admitted freshman and transfers will be assigned Not Amymore Module and Returning students will be assigned Not Anymore Refresher 17/18.

Why do I need to complete the training?

Sexual Misconduct Awareness Training is required annually for ALL students at Cal State East Bay, per the California State University Chancellor’s office, the State of California, and Federal mandates. To prevent a hold on your registration you must complete training by the published deadline.

I already took a sexual assault awareness program and/or the AlcoholEdu training program. Do I need to do this again?

Yes. All Cal State University East Bay students are required to take this sexual misconduct awareness and prevention training.

I am taking ONLINE courses only. Do I need to complete Not Anymore?

Yes. All Cal State University East Bay students are required to take this sexual misconduct awareness and prevention training, regardless of whether they are taking courses on campus or online.

I am Continuing Education courses only. Do I need to complete Not Anymore?

Yes, all Cal State University East Bay students, whether they are taking OPEN UNIVERSITY, continuing education, or courses leading to baccalaureate, master’s or doctoral degrees are required to take this sexual misconduct awareness and prevention training.

Will Cal State East Bay faculty or staff have access to my responses?

No. All responses are strictly confidential: Cal State East Bay will only receive information about the student body as a whole and will NEVER see any individual student’s answers.

This training is difficult for me due to a past experience of abuse, what options do I have?

In this case, you may contact the Campus Confidential Advocate Laura Alberti, laura.alberti@csueastbay.edu  to obtain a waiver and /or go over your other options.

Is there a fee?

There are no fees associated with your use of this training program.

Will the grade I get on this test be reflected in my transcript?

No. The grade you get in the course will not appear on your transcript and it will not affect your GPA.
