The Department of Communicative Sciences and Disorders at California State University, East Bay, seeks candidates for two available Assistant or Associate Professor positions. Qualification requirements include: doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology Ph.D.), and possession of CCC-SLP with eligibility for California licensure. Preference will be given to candidates ​who demonstrate​ prior​ experience in teaching, research, mentoring, or community service that has prepared them to contribute to our commitment to diversity and excellence.

Lecturers

The Department of Communicative Sciences and Disorders maintains a list of speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and speech scientists who express interest in teaching part time. Qualification requirements include Ph.D. or Master’s degree in communication disorders, and academic and practical expertise. University teaching experience is preferred. Must possess or be eligible for CA State License & Board Certification by ASHA in Speech-Language Pathology and/or Audiology.

Clinical Supervisor Positions

The Department of Communicative Sciences and Disorders invites speech, language and hearing professionals in the Bay Area to apply as part time hourly Clinical Supervisors in the Rees Speech, Hearing and Language Clinic. Supervisors must be licensed by the State of California, and must hold the appropriate certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
