Graduate students have a number of financial assistance options:
New and Continuing Student Scholarship Competition
This annual competition for music scholarships is held each spring and is open to all continuing and incoming graduate students. Graduate applicants will need to audition in-person or submit a recorded example.
The Glenn Glasow Graduate Fellowship in Composition
This prestigious fellowship is awarded each year to a graduate student who shows outstanding potential as a music composer.
Graduate Teaching Assistantships
A limited number of teaching assistantships are available for graduate students in the following areas:
- Piano coaching
- Choral conducting
