About the EXCEL Program

The EXCEL program offers eligible students in-depth, long term academic support throughout their undergraduate education. Assistance is available in a wide variety of areas including Academic Advising, Personal Counseling, Scholarship Information, Career Development, Graduate School Advising, and Skill Development.

A team of friendly, highly trained counselors, staff, and student associates are available to help you. As a federally funded TRIO program, students must meet eligibility criteria to participate in the program. An EXCEL application with required documents should be submitted to the EXCEL Office Manager in order to determine eligibility. Joining EXCEL is like being part of an extended family that promotes the academic success and personal development of its members. SInce 1971, EXCEL has had a proud tradition of helping undergraduates accomplish their academic and personal goals.
