  1. Students do not need to submit a request to receive aid for Summer Quarter.  If the student has a valid 2017-2018 FAFSA/Dream Application on file and no outstanding documents, the Financial Aid Office will award the student AFTER the student has enrolled for Summer Quarter.  Award amounts will be based on remaining eligibility of aid for the 2017-2018 academic year.  Award letters will be emailed to student's Horizon Email account. 
  2. Financial aid awards are based on the student's enrollment at the time of disbursement.  In the event a student withdraws from a course prior to the Financial Aid Freeze Date, the award will be recalculated and the student may owe a repayment.  If the student withdraws after the Financial Aid Freeze Date, the financial aid award will not be adjusted to reflect the new enrollment level.  Please note: Withdrawing from course(s) after the Financial Aid Freeze Date could negatively impact the student's Satisfactory Academic Progress.

  1. Financial aid award letters will be sent via email and mail to new students.  Continuing students will be notified via email only.  Students can view their awards online through their MYCSUEB portal as soon as they have been awarded. 
  2.
