Purpose
The CSUEB Foundation has been organized to function as a non-profit, public benefit corporation that is separate from the University yet integrated into the goals and programs of the University. It is therefore incumbant on the Board of Directors and the management staff of the Foundation to operate an organization that is business-like and entrepreneurial to maximize its support of the campus from its many services and activities.
Mission
For over 40 years, the Foundation has been making a difference in the educational experience at California State University, East Bay and the overall campus environment. Its only goal is to support the University's educational mission and to provide quality services that compliment the instructional program. In the course of carrying out this mission, the Foundation enhances the University for thousands of faculty, staff, and students.
