Performance is evaluated annually for employees. The evaluation period each year is July 1st to June 30th of each fiscal year. Performance evaluations are scheduled by Human Resources and are completed through the ADP Portal system.
Evaluators should complete their employees’ performance reviews no later than August 31st of each year for the period of July 1st of the prior year to June 30th of the current year. The Employee being evaluated is required to complete a self evaluation through Portal before the supervisor can begin the evaluation. Once the evaluators draft evaluation is saved in portal, HR will review and release the evaluation for the employee to view. The evaluator will need to meet with the employee to go over the evaluation and have the employee confirm that they have received the evaluation in portal.
