Direct Deposit
Direct deposit is now offered to all employees of the Foundation. If you are an employee of the Foundation and your anticipated period of employment is longer then one month you are eligible to sign up for direct deposit. Typically direct deposit takes 2 pay periods to become effective and may be terminated at any time. If you would like to sign up to receive your paycheck directly deposited into your bank account, complete the Direct Deposit Form, attach a voided check, and send the form attention to the payroll office at 25976 Carlos Bee Blvd, Hayward, CA 94542.
