Payroll

The CSU East Bay, Foundation employees over 800 employees annually. Foundation Payroll is processed on a semi–monthly basis, work preformed from the 1^st–15^th of the month is paid on or before the 26^th of the month, work preformed between the 16^th and the end of the month is paid on or before the 10^th of the following month.

Employees use the ADP EzLabor time keeping system to record, track and approve their time. The supervisor of the employee approves the timesheet at the end of each pay period through EzLabor. Once the time is approved by the supervisor, the information is sent directly to the payroll specialist for processing.
