When do I get paid?
For time worked between the 1st and the 15th of the month, you will receive your
paycheck on or by the 26th of that month. For time worked between the 16th and the
end of the month, you will receive your check on the 10th of the following month. Click

I have not received my paycheck? What do I do?
Call the Payroll Department at (510) 885-3564 to inquire about the lost check. Many times checks are lost in the mail due to incorrect addresses.
I lost my paycheck. What do I do?
If you lost your paycheck, you need to fill out a
Stop Payment Request Form.
There is a charge of *$30.00* for lost check. Once we receive confirmation
from ADP of stopping your check (3 days the most), we will let you know when
the replacement check is available.
How do I change my address?
To change your address you must complete an Staff Status Form. Check the Change of Address box and Complete with your updated information. The request will be effective approximately 2 weeks after the request is turned into the Payroll department.
Can my paycheck be deposited into my bank account?
The Foundation now offers Direct Deposit to all employees. To have your check directly deposited on payday to your bank account complete the Direct Deposit Form, attach a voided check, and submit to the Payroll office. On average it will take 2 pay cycles for your direct deposit to take effect.
If I stop my direct deposit now, will it go into effect immediately?
The direct deposit will go into effect for the next payroll (provided the payroll has not already closed out for processing).
How is my time reported?
The Foundation uses a online time clock called EzLabor Manager. Once hired, you supervisor will provide you with your login and password to access the site. The website for EzLabor is www.ezlm.adp.com, click the bookmark site button and look in you Favorites for the link. The Client ID is CalState (case sensitive). How do I access EzLabor if I forget my password?
If you lose your password to EzLabor, you will need to contact the Payroll office at (510) 885-3564 to have it reset.
What do I do if I forget to punch in/out and cannot enter my correct time?
If you forget to clock in/out you need to immediately contact your supervisor. Your supervisor has the access to adjust your time.
How do I log on to iPayStatements for the first time?
Use these directions if you have not used iPayStatements before, and
you have a company Self Service Registration Pass Code from your
payroll administrator.
To log on to iPayStatements for the first time, you need to have the following information:
- Your most recent pay statement
- Your company Self Service Registration Pass Code (published by your payroll
administrator)
- Open your browser and type https://paystatements.adp.com.
Note: Pop-up blockers may interfere with some of the features in iPayStatements. ADP recommends that you turn off popup blockers when using this site. For more information about pop-up blockers, click the Tell me more link.
- Click Register Now. At the Welcome! page, click Register Now.
- Enter the company Self Service Registration Pass Code of Californi1-1111 and click Next.
- Enter the Verify Your Identity information and click Next. From the list of available services, select iPayStatements.
- Select Pay Statements/Earnings Statements as the document you will use to verify your identity.
- Using your current pay statement, enter the following information:
- CO (Company code), which is QJQ.
- File (File number)
- Number (Check/Advice#)
- Pay date (in mm/dd/yyyy format, for example 09/15/2003)
- Click Next.
- Complete the Enter Your Contact Information page:
- Name
- E-mail address
- Phone Number (optional)
- Click Next.
- Complete the Enter Your Security Information page and click Next.
Note: Choose only one security question from each drop-down list.
Result: Your user ID is displayed. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your enrollment.
- Enter your password and click Submit.
Important: To meet ADP’s security standards, your password must be 8 to 20 characters long and contain at least one numeric and one alphabetic character.
- To start using iPayStatements, click Log On to begin using this service.
Note: For easy access to iPayStatements, bookmark (Netscape) or Add to Favorites (Microsoft Internet Explorer) the URL for iPayStatements, https://paystatements.adp.com.
- Enter your user ID and password to access your pay statements.
How do I log on to iPayStatements?
Do the following to log on to iPayStatements.
- Browse to https://paystatements.adp.com.
- Click Login.
- Enter your user ID and password
- Click OK.
How do I access iPayStatements if I forgot my password?
To reset your password, do the following:
- Browse to https://paystatements.adp.com.
- Click Forgot Your Password?
- Enter your user ID and click Submit
- Follow the instructions to answer a series of security questions.
- Click Create a new password.
- Click Continue.
Result: You will be returned to the ADP iPayStatements login page.
How do I access iPayStatements if I forgot my User ID?
To view your User ID, do the following:
- Go to https://paystatements.adp.com.
- Click Forgot Your User ID?
- Follow the instructions to answer a series of security questions.
Result: Your user ID is displayed.
- Click Submit.
Result: You will be returned to the ADP iPayStatements login page.
