Other GE requirements

Other classes to take if not already taken are:

We recommend that you take English 1002 the quarter before you take the University Writing Skills Requirement. Taking the course a quarter before taking the test will not prepare you to take the UWSR, but will put you back in the frame of mind of writing essays. The UWSR is essay based.

Once obtaining 90 units (junior standing) you will still need to take:

If you have not yet taken the Cultural Groups and Women's Requirement, you can double count this course with either C4 or D4.

Keep in mind that you need at least 180 units to graduate (some majors have higher unit totals) and you need to have completed at least 45 units in residence and 60 units in upper division courses (3000 and above). These units include courses taken in your major and upper division GE.
