Student Representative

Sean Elstner is a senior here at CSU East Bay majoring in health sciences administration and management. He is currently employed at the California Department of Public Health in the Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Branch and volunteers at Highland Hospital in Alameda County. Sean is a transfer student from Santa Barbara City College where he received associate degrees in liberal arts: mathematics and science as well as commercial diving technologies. His educational and professional interests include public health, health policy, and population health. He is excited for the opportunity to serve the health science students of CSUEB and looking forward to a great 2018-19 academic year.
