Resident Cleaning Agreement - Please select the agreement that best meets your specific apartment. These forms are designed to help roommates coordinate and work collaboratively to return the rooms/apartment to the initial state of which the room was provided. Review possible damage and repair charges listed on the agreement. Resident Cleaning Agreement are required to be completed and submitted to your RA by end of May.
Equipment Check Out - Learn more about how you can check-out cleaning supplies, vacuums, dollies, and bins to help you make a smooth move-out process. All rentals are free of charge and remember to pick up a free laundry bag to help pack away some of those items you've collected this year.
Quiet Hour - Congratulations on finishing another school year. Though you may be ready to celebrate and move-out, please remember to be considerate of your neighbors and the quiet hours that will be in place June 1 - June 8.
Free Fest - Free Fest is an opportunity for residents to donate unwanted reusable items and grab the treasure their neighbor has discarded, free of charge. Donated goods may also be given to local charities. Consider donating items in good condition, such as clothing, kitchenware, dining-ware, shoes, bags, textbooks, and more.
