The Help Desk serves as the campus community’s central point of contact for IT desktop and network support.
Get Help
The Help Desk’s business hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM excluding holidays. Many of our technological services and business processes have user guides, demos, and tutorials that are available on our Training Resources site. If you need additional assistance, please submit a Help Request. If you do not have Web access, please leave at message at 510 885- HELP (4357).
