Instructions for Transfer:
From the conversation press the transfer button (the person you were talking with is now on hold). Listen for dial tone and then enter the desired extension. The phone will ring at that extension. If someone answers, announce the transfer and then hang up.
Instructions for busy/ no answer:
From the conversation press transfer button and listen for dial tone. Enter the phone number of the person you want to reach. If the line is busy or there is no answer hit the cancel button to return to original conversation
