| AUTODIAL The autodial feature is used to store a frequently used number. This number can be either on or off campus. The autodial feature is located in the line that is either labeled autodial or left blank. Not everyone has this feature available on their phone. To enter an autodial number: 1. No dial tone is necessary so that the system is in set-up mode. 2. Press the line you wish to store the autodial number. 3. If the number is an on campus call dial the 5-digit extension. 4. If the number is an off campus call dial 9 then the number exactly as you would normally dial. 5. Light automatically goes out when the proper number of digits are dialed To place a call using autodial: 1. Pick up the handset to achieve dial tone. 2. Press the autodial button that has stored the desired number. |
