Information Regarding Password Request
Resets
Horizon Password Reset Requests may take 24-48
hours to accommodate. However, we will do our best to honor
the request within 24 hours. Passwords are reset daily during
the evening shift.
You MUST PRESENT YOUR CSUEB Student ID card to have your form
processed. You may also provide proof of enrollment by accessing
your "MYINFO" information or by accessing your NetID
activation page and presenting your Valid Government/State photo
ID (i.e., California State Driver's License, Passport). If you
do not have your CSUEB ID, you can get one issued at the Library
Circulation Desk.
Reset Request Forms are forwarded to the Operations Staff
for reset. This usually takes place between 5pm and 8pm
nightly. During the weekend, passwords are usually reset
between 2pm and 5pm.
If we encounter problems resetting your password,
your account request will be sent to the mail administrator
for resolution. This may take an additional day. Forms are
not forwarded on weekends and will be delivered to the administrator
on Monday morning.
