For all other NEW computer related requests, please click on the heading that most appropriately
describes your relationship to CSU East Bay and provide us with
the information requested.
If you have already submitted a request and would like an update or would like to make any changes to your request, please email the help desk at servicedesk@csueastbay.edu. In your email please include the call ticket number that was provided to you by the help desk.
Your request
will be assigned to the appropriate technical support area and
both you and the appropriate technical support area will be notified
of this assignment. If you do not have Web access, please leave
a message at 510 885- HELP (4357). The Help Desk is open from
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
