Who We Are and What We Do
User Support Services supports employees in acquiring and retaining technical skills they need to do their job. We also design and administer in-house training which can be tailored to meet user needs. We are committed to developing our employees, helping them to achieve their full potential, enhancing their professional skills, developing their efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace, and empowering employees by increasing their impact on campus. We also provide consulting services for functional processes that are essential to the business practices of the University.
For many of our technologies and business processes, we provide Training resources that may consist of procedures, on-line demos and tutorials as well as informational sessions and Training classes. Contact us if there are specific needs that you have that are not met through our Training Resources.
