Who We Are and What We Do
User Support Services provides centralized IT support
to the campus community by coordinating the ITS Help Desk
and training for the campus. We also provide desktop support and
consulting services to Administrative Offices.

Our Training
Resources site provides a one stop place to obtain user
guides, demos, and tutorials for applications used on campus. Locate
class offerings on our Training
Schedule. We also offer consulting services to assist
in the research, implementation and training of new technologies.
