Participating Band Ticket Request

This form is for reserving CSUEB Jazz Festival concert tickets for participating band members and their directors ONLY. Please only submit this form once confirmed for your adjudication at the Festival.

***NOTE: General Admission tickets (for chaperones, drivers, parents, and community) at $10 each can be purchased online or at the door (pending availability). To purchase tickets online, go to CSU East Bay tickets.
