Individual Performances Highlight Pioneers' Trip to Bay Area Invite

OAKLAND, Calif. - Some outstanding individual performances highlighted the Pioneers showing in the Bay Area Invitational on November 13-14. Bethany Hoopman had a solid two-day meet as she placeed second in the 50 and 100 yard backstroke. Ashley McBride also enjoyed an outstanding meet with a second place showing in the 100 yard butterfly and third place effort in the 100 IM. Olina Wibroe-Benson and Jillian Lothian finished first and second respectively in the 50 freestyle. The Pioneers performed well in the relays finishing second in the 200 yard medley and third in the 400 yard medley.
