Juengert has more than 20 years’ experience in labor and employment law, representing K-12 and community college school districts, and county offices in Northern California. She speaks at numerous California-based conventions, conferences and institutes about labor and employment law, and is well known for her monthly consortiums for public agencies in Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, Napa and Yolo counties. Juengert is also an adjunct professor at California State University, East Bay Masters and Ed.D program for educational leadership.
