Castillo named to CCAA all-conference team

Cal State Los Angeles first baseman James Wharton was named baseball MVP of the CCAA this season, while Sonoma State's Glenn Wallace was selected Pitcher of the Year. Among those named first-team all-conference were Cal State Monterey Bay shortstop Jason Merjano (San Ramon) and pitcher Will Anderson (Pleasanton), Cal State East Bay infielder David Castillo (Pinole) and Sonoma State pitcher Harmen Sidhu (Martinez).
