Check out the new book, Climate Change and Sustainable Development (2010 Linton Atlantic Books), on display in the Pioneer bookstore.  Chris Kitting, professor of biological sciences, contributed chapter 10 and the color images on the cover. The book explores the impact and related policy implications of climate change on the planet. Kitting's chapter is titled “Broadening Education Toward Environmental Restoration, as Short-Term and Cost-Effective Long-Term Solutions to Global Climate Disruption”.
