7th annual freshman year convocation Tuesday

The 2010-2011 freshman class members, along with their families, will be officially welcomed to Cal State East Bay Tuesday (Sept. 21) from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Dining Commons on the Hayward Campus. James Houpis, provost and vice president for Academic Affairs, will address those in attendance on behalf of the university. All first-time freshmen are encouraged to attend.

Songs from Cal State East Bay summer hit show, "Haile!" will be performed during the evening program. In addition, a lot of useful information about Cal State East Bay and university life will be provided to those in attendance.
