Gain the expertise to transition into a career in the energy and utility industry. Sponsored by PG&E PowerPathwayTM,  the California State University, East Bay Certificate in Power Engineering program is designed to build power engineering skills of technical individuals working in power related fields.

If you are a design engineer, electrical drafter or interested in working in power systems fields, this certificate provides you with the basic knowledge and current trends in the field. The eleven week program provides the fundamentals of 3 phases, balanced Alternating Current (AC), Power Systems, its major components and various aspects of their applications.
