CSUEB to celebrate National TRiO Day on Feb 23

TRiO day, Upward Bound, Project IMPACT, Excel, and the Ronald McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program

TRiO programs have been in existence for over 40 years to help disadvantaged students enter and graduate college.

TRiO programs have been in existence for over 40 years and were designed and funded by the U.S. Department of Education to provide supportive services to disadvantaged students to help them enter and graduate from college.  TRiO programs at Cal State East Bay include: Upward Bound, Project IMPACT, Excel, and the Ronald McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program. 

Attend the celebration to meet participants and alumni from each program and gain information on what being a part of a TRiO program can do for CSUEB students. This free event will be held Thursday, February 23, 2012 in the Biella Room located in the Library from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Ice Cream and Refreshments will be served
