The CSUEB Student Center for Academic Achievement (SCAA) helps students succeed with free tutoring for math, statistics, and writing. SCAA's mission is to help CSUEB students improve their skills and to gain confidence as independent learners and active members of the university community. SCAA also provides academic workshops and programs each quarter.

Online students can seek help via the eTutoring consortium, an online tutoring platform which allows tutors to work with students by answering questions in real time, or by replying to questions and essay submissions that students have posted for commentary.

Writing tutoring is available in the Concord Library, Monday-Thursday from 1pm until 6pm. Visit Student Center for Academic Achievement (SCAA) for more information.
