1. Faculty Volunteers Needed:

A graduate student at Barry University needs some volunteers to participate in her dissertation study: 

Measuring Organizational Transparency and Faculty Perceptions in Higher Education

She is looking for full-time faculty to complete an anonymous online survey that should only take 10 minutes.  She has received IRB OK here.

2. Exciting Lecture Coming Up:

Benjamin Klein, in History, has arranged for a panel discussion about the OAKLAND A's on March 5 in UU 311 from 11:30-1:00. Vida Blue and Hank Reichman are both on the panel!  See attached for more information.

3. Student Success Open Forum:

Have ideas on how to improve the student experience at East Bay?  Why not attend the upcoming Open Forum with Dr. Inch.  Wednesday, February 21, from 2-3 pm in UU311.

4. Gaming in your library:

Need a break, know students who need a break?  The Library will be sponsoring Gaming at Your Library from 1-6 p.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, Feb. 20.  More information available at the Reference Desk.

5. Week of Scholarship:

Please don't forget to nominate colleagues or yourself for the week of scholarship events.  The Week of Scholarship will be April 23-27.  Nominations are due March 26, 2018.
