First-year (preferred) or recent graduate ADN students with 3.00 cumulative GPA and in good academic standing from Chabot College, Contra Costa College, De Anza College, Los Medanos College, Merritt College, or Ohlone College Nursing programs

By enrolling in Cal State East Bay's Pathophysiology for ADN to BSN Course, you can:
- Preview a BSN-level course at an accredited university.
- Gain valuable experience from one of the top Post-Licensure programs in the nation.
- Complete a course that can go towards your BSN degree.
- Receive priority admission to Cal State East Bay’s Post-Licensure Collaborative program.
HOW TO ENROLL IN THE CLASS
April 1 – April 30
Submit to nursing@csueastbay.edu as a single PDF document
#1 - Enrollment Application (available April 1 at Noon - Closes April 30)
#2 - Signed Letter on School Letterhead from your ADN program that confirms
- you are in good standing and a current student -OR-
- you are in good standing and will be a recent graduate (graduating this Spring or already graduated within the last 6 months)
Directions and other details included on application.
Students cannot enroll until Cal State East Bay Nursing Program approves the application.
A confirmation email will be sent to approved students with next steps.

Mode of instruction: Hybrid (mostly online, limited in-person) at HAYWARD campus
Tuesday/Thursday, Time TBA
- Class meetings limited to first day and in-person exams.
- In-person lectures available for those who prefer, or view online recorded lectures
Cost of course: $650
