FosterPort is a resource portal on issues impacting older foster youth. This website has links to several different organizations that serve foster youth. It is an excellent hub of information to find the various organizations.

Annie E. Casey Foundation

The Annie E. Casey Foundation helps foster public policies, human-service reforms, and community supports that more effectively meet the needs of today's vulnerable children and families. In pursuit of this goal, the Foundation makes grants that help states, cities, and neighborhoods fashion more innovative, cost-effective responses to these needs.

Chapin Hall Center for Children at the University of Chicago

Chapin Hall is an applied research center at the University of Chicago dedicated to conducting and actively disseminating rigorous research that serves children and youth, their families, and the communities in which they live.

Contra Costa County ILSP

An award-winning website dedicated to the in-care and emancipated foster youth of Contra Costa County.

FosterClub.com provides information relating to foster care, including articles written by young people, foster care questions and answers, message boards, contests, and even biographies of famous people who grew up in foster care.

Foster A Dream

Foster A Dream provides programs and resources that build the hopes, dreams and futures of Bay Area foster children.

Honoring Emancipated Youth

HEY's mission is to strengthen and connect San Francisco's systems of support for Bay Area foster youth so that all youth emancipating or aging out of the foster care system can enjoy a healthy transition to adulthood.

Larkin Street Youth Services

Larkin Street helps San Francisco's most vulnerable youth move beyond life on the street. They offer a range of housing options - from emergency shelter to permanent supportive housing - in addition to wraparound services including education, technology and employment training; healthcare, including mental health, substance abuse and HIV services; and case management.

National Foster Parent Association

With affiliates in U.S. states and territories, NFPA serves foster families and the children and youth in their care through a network of affiliates.

The National Resource Center for Youth Services

The National Resource Center for Youth Services at the University of Oklahoma, College of Continuing Education has been resourcing the youth services community for more than twenty-five years, providing training and technical assistance to programs in Oklahoma and nationally.
