California State University East Bay's Campus Recreation and Parking & Transportation Services partnered together to bring Zagster to the Hayward campus. Zagster, will provide CSUEB students, faculty and staff with a convenient and eco-friendly way to get around campus whether it's running errands, riding inner campus to classes or the dining commons.

Number of bikes and Locations on Campus

There are a total of ten Zagster bikes on campus. Five of them are located in front of the RAW (Recreation & Wellness Center) and the other five are located in University Village off of Carlos Bee Blvd.



$15 one time fee

Rides shorter than 3 hours are FREE

  • then pay $2/hour
  • up to $10/ride
