When to Pay Fees Early Registration Deadline March 26, 2008 If you enroll during early registration (February 20 - March 26, 2008), payment must be received by the Accounting Office by March 26, 2008. By March 26, 2008: -Students who have enrolled or who are waitlisted for classes must pay the total account balance in their student account in order to retain classes for which they are enrolled or waitlisted. -Students who choose to pay using the installment plan must pay the first installment and submit the signed State University Fee Deferment - Hayward Campus to the Accounting Office. For students attending classes only at the Concord campus, please use the form for the Concord campus State University Fee Deferment - Concord Campus. -Students who have a campus approved sponsor must turn in the sponsor’s authorization form to the Accounting Office, Warren Hall Room 645. -Students who receive Financial Aid must have an offer in place by march 26, 2008. If you have any questions regarding your aid, please email finaid@csueastbay.edu or call the Financial Aid Office at (510) 885-2784. Late Registration Deadline April 14, 2008. If you enroll during late registration (March 27 – April 14 2008), Payment must be received in the Accounting Office by April 14, 2008. There is a non-refundable $25 late registration fee. When to pay is determined by your method of payment. See the chart below. Payment Method When to Pay Online - Check or Credit Card *Same day or 1 day before enrolling Cash - Hayward Cashier 1 day before enrolling Cash - Concord Cashier 1 day before enrolling Check or Money Order - Hayward Accounting Office 2 days before enrolling *Provided that you are a Resident student, have a zero balance in your account, have no Enrollment holds and pay one of the hard coded amounts displayed on the web Credit Card Payment or Check Payment screen. You must wait until the next day to Enroll if you are an International/ Non-Resident student, on the installment payment plan, have a partial fee waiver (over 60 years old, Cal Vet), or you are paying a past due balance plus Enrollment fees. If you select Other Payment on the Web, you can Enroll the following day.
