Fees Calculation To calculate your fees, use the Fees Payment Worksheet. Enter the number of units in which you want to Enroll. Based on your residence status, your degree status, and the number of units you plan to request, use the Enrollment Fees table to determine your fee. Enter a $25.00 Late Enrollment fee if your payment will be received starting the first day of classes. Enter a Materials/Facilities Fee if you plan to Enroll for a class that charges one. Add your Enrollment Fees and your Late Enrollment Fee (if applicable), and any Materials/Facilities Fee(s). Those are the total fees that must be paid to Cal State East Bay. Subtract from that total any of the following: 1. Any balance in your university account from previous quarters; 2. Fees you want to defer until you receive your Financial Aid check, if you are eligible; 3. Fees paid by a campus-approved sponsor. This calculation gives the Balance Due.
