When to Pay Fees If you enroll between November 7 - December 19, 2007, payment must be received by the Accounting Office by December 19, 2007. By December 19, 2007: -Students who have enrolled or who are waitlisted for classes must pay the Total Account Balance in their student account in order to retain classes for which they are enrolled or waitlisted. -Students who choose to pay using the installment plan must pay the first installment and submit the signed State University Fee Deferment to the Accounting Office. -Students who have third party sponsors must turn in the sponsor authorization form to the Accounting Office. -Students who receive Financial Aid must have an offer in place by September 19, 2007. If you have any questions regarding your aid, please email finaid@csueastbay.edu or call the Financial Aid Office at (510) 885-2784. If you enroll between December 20 - January 18, 2008 (Late Enrollment), there is a $25 late registration fee. Payment must be received in the Accounting Office by January 18, 2008. When to pay is determined by your method of payment. See the chart below.
*Provided that you are a Resident student, have a zero balance in your account, have no Enrollment holds and pay one of the hard coded amounts displayed on the web Credit Card Payment or Check Payment screen. You must wait until the next day to Enroll if you are an International/ Non-Resident student, on the installment payment plan, have a partial fee waiver (over 60 years old, Cal Vet), or you are paying a past due balance plus Enrollment fees. If you select Other Payment on the Web, you can Enroll the following day. |
