ENROLLMENT
Cal State East Bay's Winter 2009 enrollment begins on November 5, 2008. Enrollment appointments will be available for view on MyCSUEB beginning on October 27, 2008.
Important: When enrolling, if you choose to add your name to a course waitlist please be selective. You are considered enrolled and are responsible for any courses added from the waitlist.
As you begin to review course offerings, you will see that specific room locations have been identified. These room assignments are preliminary and you should check MyCSUEB the day before your first class to confirm the class location.
FEES
Winter 2009 fees are due on December 31, 2008. To avoid cancellation of your enrolled and waitlisted courses, pay your fees by December 31, 2008. During the late registration period, which begins on January 1, 2009, you may enroll first and are required to pay fees by January 16, 2009 (a $25 late charge will also be assessed on your account).
There are several ways you can pay your enrollment fees:
- Visit the Cashier's Office (first floor, Warren Hall), or the Academic Services Lobby at the Concord Campus, to pay with cash or check.
- Pay by check or credit card (MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) online using the payment link in MyCSUEB.
- Pay your fees in three installments using the Contract for State University Fee Deferment form. This plan is available to all non-financial aid students and for all eligible students who apply. Students who pay non-resident tuition may also use an installment agreement which can be completed in the Student Financial Services office in Warren Hall WA645.
Financial Aid Recipients
If you are awarded financial aid, your fees are automatically deferred and you are not required to pay enrollment fees by the published deadline. To access your financial aid award log on to MyCSUEB at https://my.csueastbay.edu using your NetID and Password. In your Student Center click on “View Financial Aid”.
Please note: If you register for the quarter and later decide not to attend, you must drop all enrolled and waitlisted classes prior to the first day of the quarter to prevent assessment of registration fees.
