The Academic Senate consists of the following committees:

• Committee on Budget and Resource Allocation (COBRA)
• Faculty Affairs Committee (FAC)
• Committee on Research (CR)
• Fairness Committee
• Faculty Diversity & Equity Committee (FDEC)
• Concord Campus Advisory Committee (CCAC)
• University Committee on Layoffs (UCL)

Committees meet during the Fall, Winter and Spring quarters. They do not meet during finals week.
