Short Stay Housing

Short Stay housing runs June 19th, 2016 through September 9th, 2016.

 

Overnight and short stay (minimum 2-week stay) housing is offered in Pioneer Heights. The bedrooms are single, double, or triple occupancy and the apartment is shared with other short stay guests.

The rooms are fully furnished with a twin size bed, dresser, desk, and closet in each bedroom and full-sized couches, lounge chairs, full kitchen or kitchenette, and dining table with chairs. The kitchenette is a small area with cabinets, full-sized refrigerator, and microwave. The full kitchen is a larger area with cabinets, gas range (oven-stove combo), full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and pantry.

Overnight and short stay housing is offered throughout the residential community (based on availability).

Linens

Standard linen package includes 2 bed sheets, 1 blanket, 1 pillow, 1 pillowcase, 2 towels, 1 washcloth, 1 bar of soap.

 

Internet

Internet is available in all buildings at no additional cost and can be connected by wireless connection or using an Ethernet cord (not included).
 

Parking

Parking is available at an additional cost.

 

Reservation Confirmation

Reservation confirmation is sent by email. Please provide us with a correct email address and allow 2-3 business days to receive confirmation from us.

 

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of check-in time. Changes to dates of stay must be made at time of check-in. Extensions are subject to availability.

 

Payment

Payment must be paid in full at time of check-in. Check or money order only; no cash or credit cards accepted. No refunds are issued, unless you have an emergency circumstance.

 

Overnight guests and Short Stay guests must be affiliated with the university. However, space is not available to current CSUEB students.
