Grades & Transcripts

Grades

You can view your grades online at MyCSUEB approximately 7-10 days after the close of the quarter.

Enrollment Verifications

Students may receive a FREE enrollment certification through MyCSUEB; at the Main Menu, select Enrollment Verification, enter the address you would like printed on the form, and select the “Submit” button to view and print the verification. Third parties requesting enrollment verifications should use the National Student Clearinghouse at http://www.degreeverify.com, Cal State East Bay’s authorized service provider

Degree Verifications

Visit National Student Clearinghouse at www.degreeverify.com for an official degree verification. For a nominal fee, you will receive an immediate response. If there's an error, professionals at National Student Clearinghouse will contact Enrollment Management to research your request. Third parties requesting degree verifications can be directed National Student Clearinghouse at www.degreeverify.com, Cal State East Bay's authorized service provider.

Transcripts

If you have a NetId and password to log in, students who have attended after Fall 2001 can view and print an unofficial transcript any time through MyCSUEB. Students who attended prior to Fall 2001 will not be able to view their transcript online. Official transcripts can be ordered in two ways:

1. MyCSUEB – Login using your Net ID and password, and click on the link for ordering a transcript.
2. Log in directly to Credentials Inc at http://www.credentials-inc.com. A Net ID (student ID) is not required to place an order, but orders placed directly from Credentials Inc. require a written signature authorization by fax or mail.  The status of online transcript orders can be checked at https://www.credentials-inc.com/CGI-BIN/rechkcgi.pgm?TPORDER

NetID Information for Alumni (for access to MyCSUEB):

If you are an alumnus and have not yet activated your NetID, please download the NetID Request Form for your assigned activation code.  All correspondence will be sent to your address on record with the university. You can also recover your Net ID or password at the CSUEB NetID site:  http://www.csueastbay.edu/netid/. Please note that students who attended prior to Fall 2001 will not be able to view their information online, but can order a transcript directly at http://www.credentials-inc.com/

Students with financial holds are not permitted to receive or order transcripts . Transcript order are processed and mailed within 7 - 10 days upon receipt.
