With a growing campus community, as well as an increase number of visitors to the Hayward campus, the current University Union facility is in need of further room to grow. As the "living room" of California State University, East Bay, the expansion to the University Union will increase the number of services and amount of opportunities available to students, faculty, staff, and campus guests.
