Information Sessions and Campus Tours

Individual and Family Campus Visits

We are excited to welcome prospective students and families to campus! Attend an information session and campus tour to learn more about Cal State East Bay and see our beautiful campus. Led by an outreach counselor, the session will share information on East Bay, academics, campus life, the admission and application process, and financial aid with the opportunity to ask questions at the conclusion of each session. A 45-60 minute walking tour of campus will commence at the end of each information session. Tours are led by our Ambassadors - current students each with a unique perspective on East Bay and the transition to college life.

Reservations are requested; however, walk-ins are welcome. Please email us with any questions.

Make the most out of your campus tour experience by signing up for a Pioneer Heights student housing tour on the day of your visit. Visit Housing Tours for more information.

Campus tours and info sessions start at The Welcome Center Monday-Friday at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.; walk-ins welcome.

We are located in the Student and Faculty Services (SF) building next to lot H and G. Please park in lot H and the Welcome Center will be just inside the front doors. Parking can be limited so please budget time for parking and to receive your free parking permit at Parking Services; directly across from the Welcome Center.
