Overview

ITS is progressing on the campus-wide deployment of the new university telephone system to users. ITS personnel will be coming through working areas in two passes  - 1st pass/ single-line telephones; 2nd pass/ multiple line telephones - throughout the Concord and Hayward campuses. Please review the proposed schedules below to see which buildings the teams will be working in the near future.

We advise that users in each building make themselves available during the times indicated in the schedule. Additionally, voicemails on the existing system should be cleaned up and/or transcribed prior to changing to the new telephones. ITS is available for assistance in these matters: simply submit a ticket request at the Service Desk.
